HEALTH & SAFETY

Security camera/recording device
For the safety of our guests, we have one security camera located on the front porch. This camera has the ability to record audio, but that setting is turned off. We maintain the authority to turn this setting 'on' in emergency situations or in situations to assist the guest.
Carbon monoxide alarm installed
There are three carbon monoxide detectors. One is in the basement (not accessible to guests - for additional monitoring only), one is on the main floor, and one is on the second floor.
Smoke alarm installed
There are smoke alarms in the kitchen, hallway and all of the bedrooms.
Potential for noise
This home is only a few blocks away from downtown Fargo. City noises related to being close to its downtown can be expected.
Must climb stairs
Each entrance (the front and back) has 3-4 stairs to get into the home. There is a set of roughly 15 stairs to get to the second floor of the home where the bedrooms are situated.
No parking on property
Street parking is predictably available and is free; however, a dedicated spot for guests is not available.
